Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store. If for any reason you are not happy with your unworn merchandise with tags still attached, you can return it for store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@shoplovemb.com within 7 days of the delivered date and provide your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will be given detailed instructions on how to return the item.
Please note that the merchandise must be unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached in order to be eligible for store credit. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue you store credit for the purchase price (excluding any shipping costs). The store credit will be valid for future purchases on our website.
